The Eight Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course 1 : 1
The Eight Week Mindfulness Course when taken as part of a group can provide a supportive and enriching experience for most people, however, a group situation may not suit everyone.
The 1 : 1 Eight Week Course is similar to the group course format in content but offers personal focus and flexibility of appointment times to suit you.
These sessions can be tailored for 1,2 or 3 people in a small group.
The sessions are held at 3 Chapel Row, Queen Sq , Bath.
Individual tuition and guidance for your home practice takes place in 1 hourly sessions over the duration of eight consecutive weeks and 1 full day optional group retreat.
